People who have broken the law are likely a large portion of those fleeing their home country and illegally crossing the border to the US., and, in many South American countries, it is not unusual for a young girl of 14 or 15 to become a mother, which means much younger sexual activity. The United States considers girls that young children, and this would be sexual abuse.

What would be wrong with setting up a system where Mexican workers are screened for criminal background, infectious disease, etc, and safely and LEGALLY transport them by bus or tain to a waiting job? It would be safer for Mexicans and they would get better pay and working conditions when they get here. US companies that hire illegals pay them less and make them work in crap conditions because they know they won't complain or they will threaten to deport them. The media spins this issue to make 2 groups of Americans who argue with each other when in truth, the best interest for both groups would hurt only one group of people, the rich US business owners who would have to pay more for labor. They also own the media, which gushes with tons of stories to inflame both sides of the issue while they sit quietly on the sidelines, waiting until importation of their slave labor is legal.

A 45 year old Korean man once told me that in his country he has like 5 13 -17 year old girl friends. Here if he even looks at a teenager he is labled. In Mexicos culture it might be different and it might be okay for them to be with younger girls. I'm making an assumption because you didn't say what kind of sex offenders.

From my understanding.....kids from 10-12 are considered "adult" and "rape" is a form of foreplay. As with many poor countries, women and children aren't on the top of the food chain. That's why rape, prostitution and child molestation are considered "normal" and why they have such a great business exploiting it.

Firstly, the sentences in their own nation are more severe..
The prisons in their own nations are a lot worse..
They can simply skip bail in the USA and run back to Mexico..
