Try this;

The bride has expressed how much that her beautiful mother had lived to share this day of joy and happiness. We know that she is with us in spirit today. In honor of that spirit and in her memory we present this this lovely bouquet of red carnations; her favorite flower.

We put our memorials in our bulletin/program.

It said:
And those who bless us today from above we hold dearly in our hearts and in loving memory
Then it listed all the names of our loved ones underneath

But I like the idea of making special mention of your mother during the service, I think thats a wonderful idea. I hope you will be able to work it out, be sure to talk to your minister, he might have some ideas too.

We had only 2 candles that we lit during our ceremony...they were to represent our loved ones that couldn't be with us on our wedding day! One for his family and one for mine...we had the minister annouce the significance of those candles.

Congrats
