what kind of pill is this?it has a 500 on one side and an arrow on the other?

small white a 500 on one side and a big fat arrow on the other. does anyone know what this is? i'm not being lazy we've been looking for it but we cant find it. please help! thanx

Call your local pharmacy. Also for future inquiries regarding pills, there is a softback book titled "The Pill Book", I feel every household should have it.
