I am a little too skinny and I want to know how could I gain weight the fast. I keep eating when I'm full but doesn't do much.

Just eat healthy! As long as you have a healthy diet and are in a good weight range for your height you are fine. Talk with your Dr. about it if you are concerned about being malnourished or underweight for your height. You may need some tests to rule out any diseases, if your Dr. finds testing necessary. In my opinion, people worry too much about being overweight, it's amazing to find someone who thinks they are too thin. It's good that you are concerned with your health, if your Dr. doesn't find anything wrong request a referral to a dietitian. A dietitian can help you figure out what diet is best for you to gain a little weight with out getting fat. Hope you find what you are looking for!
