ME TOO!
I think it is a huge increase in hormones and an overall dissatisfaction with family, friends, school, and self.
Nothing seems right and I feel like you and after seeing what you wrote, I realize that that is how I feel and that all those things you describe make it seem like we are trying to find ourselves, our own personality and lives.
So right now, I'm making a list of the things I feel that I need to do for me, the things I have to do for school and family, and how important those things are to me and which ones are of greatest importance.

Tell someone, see a doctor. There is no reason to suffer with all the help that is out there. This sounds like you may have depression and anxiety. Treat the symptoms first (medication, yoga, exercise) as you would with any illness. Then you can explore why you ended up where your at.

Sound more like "anxiety neurosis".
This is a condition that makes people worry excessivily all the time.
You may also get things such as feeling sick, restlessness, irritability, short temperedness and anxiety problems.
It could involve panic attacks, palpitations and breathlessness if it gets severe enough.
You have to see a doctor.

do you see a psycologist at all?
if not
try or go to your school counselor and talk to them.
if you feel you can't shake these feelings
see your doctor right away
and they can help.
depression can be temporary or an actual chemical imbalance in the body that will not get better without medication
see your doctor right away

it's either teen depression or puberty... or a combination of both. I've been depressed and introverted since 6th grade.... If it really bothers you, best to ask your parents or your friends parents. School counselors arent always good enough, but they are there if you need them

There is help out there but you need to have you parents assist you in getting the needed help. Depression can be treated. Have your parents take you to a medical doctor and get his help. I am being treated for depression and that treatment is helping me.
