i have a crush on this 300 pound guy and he likes to sit on me !! what should I tell him with out hurting his feelings that he is quite LARGE!!

Ask him to please distribute the weight more evenly on you.
Laying on you may not be as heavy. and more fun.

Sounds like he has a crush on you too, BOOM BOOM!! To be honest, if he's that weight, he's bound to be aware of his size. Perhaps you could do a joking-but-serious oooff! expression when he sits on you, and suggest that you swap over. You could say something to the effect of "isn't it supposed to be the other way around??" Him sitting on you is strange, he might have some Freudian mothering thing going, or something else, maybe he just does it for a laugh. Any potentially jagged comments might be tempered by a compliment... just a thought, you know the situation better than I. All the best and let me know how it goes!

Just if you go out make sure he gets healthy things, and go jogging with him eventually he will lose a couple pounds

Pretend to suffocate under his many fat rolls. Then be "passed out" for a while and then when you wake up, tell him "Stop sitting on me, fat boy!"
