Dear friends of the world! I'm so shy this days to talk to any girl. in 2003 my whole world was cut in to pieces, as my girl friend dumped me, stole my money abou £300, and when on telling peole that I was a bad person.
I was so dissapointed since then i hate and scared of any woman I see.
when i try to talk to any girl, my memory brings her picture straght back to my face, and that will be tha end of that move.
Now I have been single since then and i'm so lonely its driving me crazy. I hate my self for not haven been able to recover so long and can't live like this anymore.
how can i restart a new life ? please help!!!!

u should try to go and do other stuff to get distracted just lay off the past people allways do that when they dump someone so dont feel bad and about the whole cant approch a gurl because u are shy just be yourself and get to know people or just go up 2 someone and if they dont wana talk 2 u then just move on and keep trying dont give up like people say theirs more fish in the sea so keep ur head up !!! good luck

Don't let this woman ruin your life, beleive me when I say at 33 that life WILL pass you by if you let it. Take life by the throat and go for it when you see a woman you like. Thinking is good, over-thinking is just a way of delaying and causes those doubts to grow. I took a chance on the spur of the moment and asked out the lady who is now my wife, after 6 months of being just friends. As for the £300 ? Hey money comes and goes, your life just goes. Go out, drink beer, enjoy life, join a love match agency, it's better than being lonely. Take control and stop that ***** destroying your life. AND STOP HATING YOURSELF! We all get screwed over at some point in our lives. COME ON MAN TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK.

Not all women are like your ex-girlfriend. It is too bad that she dumped on you like that but, you need to pull yourself up by the bootstraps and let go of the thought that you are going to be hurt again. You might and you might not, the only way to tell is to look forward and proceed with life. THAT WHICH MAKES YOU WEAK CAN ONLY MAKE YOU STRONGER....don't let one women's faults become your obsession. You will be okay, just live your life in forward from here on out, quit backing up and rehashing what did happen or you will miss many opportunities and your potential love. Friend ; Sit down right now & write a letter to your old girlfriend. NO NO You don't have to send it But you do have to write it....Tell her all you been wanting to say to her since she screwed you...Tell her how you feel, Tell her what you thing of her, Tell her what you think she is etc...etc..When you are finished pouring your heart out on that very important piece of paper,Fold it very neatly & put it in your walet . Every time you feel shy about a girl, take that letter out & read it,Then when your blood is boiling,You'll be able to ask any girl out...Hope it helps...We are not all bad Mister...

first, you have to get over this girl. all of her memories that you are keeping locked up like that have to go. they are limiting you from doing other things like getting other girls. get her out of your head. after that, you should be able to comfortably approach women.

honey let it go. the only person this is destroying is you. focus your mind to only stray to positive thoughts, catch yourself when the thoughts are negative and turn them round. a negative personality will turn women off so go for it and be HAPPY.
