My mom use to make those cookies every Christmas. She would make the peanut butter cookies then roll them in sugar and after they came out of the oven and cooled a little while, she would place a Hershey's kiss in the center of them.

Just make peanut butter cookies, and as soon as they leave the oven push in the chocolate kiss before the cookie hardens.
