if ur not allergic, try putting thin layer of honey on ur face after u cleanse ur skin. also, use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil.
what u can do is this: use warm water and cetaphil, rub gently. rinse w/ warm water. moisturize. spread thin layer of honey on ur face before u go to bed.. make sure u have a towel on ur pillow and try not to move around too much.. u should sleep on ur back.
in the morning, wash w/ warm water and cetaphil, moisturize.
1-2 times a month, try this mask to exfoliate. get a bottle of uncoated aspirin @ wal mart, for like $1.00. take 4-5 tablets, drip a few drops of water on top, they will soften. add a couple squirts of honey OR cetaphil. mix together, rub gently onto clean face. keep on for at least 30 min or longer... wash w/ warm water. Moisturize!!!!
good luck~

Exfoliate with a gentle scrub, nothing with shells of any kind ground up, but something like jojoba beads, your skin type tends to be dry so you need to exfoliate to get rid of the dead cells. Next use some kind of concentrate that has hyalouronic acid in it. Follow with a good cream for dry skin. I recommend Pevonia products sold in spas. A little goes a long way so it will last. Large pores are probably hereditary for you and little can be done other than keep them empty of dirt and grime and use a product with DNA to shrink pore from the inside and constrict the sebaceous gland to regulate oil. Good luck!

St.Ives has a firming mask that helps minimize pores they also have a dual purpose cleanser/mask for large pores that I use. As for the dryness, get vitiman E capsules, poke a hole in one and rub the oil on dry areas before applying make-up. adds good moisture without causing acne.

Proactive works really good to keep your skin really clear. My wife tried http://www.bareescentuals.com/ and it's all natural makeup that you don't even have to wash off at night if you don't want to. It doesn't clog your pores at all :O)
