Incriminating evidence: Evidence that makes you appear guilty

Summons: A call to appear in a court of law

Criminal Complaint: A complaint usually filed by a district attorney seeking criminal charges against a defendent

Why don't you do your own homework? You can find each one of these by searching in google. Or you can look them up in the back of your text book. I could tell you the definition to each of these in my own words, but I bet that won't be enough for your instructor anyways.
