Your talking about no atmosphere at all practically. In that situation, look at Mercury. Plain and simple, no atmosphere= average of 230 degrees celsius. MUY CALIENTE, VERY HOT!
No oxygen to breathe, very desolate. No life at all. Of course our problem is just a little different. As the ozone is damaged and gone in some areas, the other layers of atmosphere are getting thicker.
This will cause everything to get hotter and hotter (we all know this) but not beucase there is no atmosphere but becuase the oxygen to carbon dioxide ratio is way off wack. Too much CO2, not enough to balance it out. We are talking about Venus here.
Anyways, thats all the will I got to explain anymore.

The life on Earth would be very different, if there were any. The main thing ozone does for us is to filter out much of the ultraviolet light coming from the Sun; if there were no ozone layer, we'd get much more ultraviolet light, which would probably kill us.
So Earth would be lifeless, except where the sun don't shine. Underground and underwater, there would probably be less effect, but life on the surface would be impossible, unless it were something completely different from all known life.

Ozone layer is caused by the solar winds colliding with the earth's magnetic field. I don't think u can change either so we are safe.

We would be dead. The earth without the ozone layer would be like our eyes staring straight at the sun without sunglasses!

Nearly everything on earth would die of radiation poisoning.
All plant life on the surface would die, as well as most in the ocean.
The atmosphere would heat up.
Anything that survived, would have to evolve REALLY quickly.
The horror, oh the horror. I hope I'm gone when if happens.
