What "PLAN" allows it's countries troops to go to the aid of USA in AFGHANISTAN, who shortly withdraws 77% of its own US troops leaving UK troops GROSSLY UNDER-MANNED AND UNDER-RESOURCED?

Can someone clarify such a plan so I can understand please?

Re Phillip L
You will note I made NO mention of George W Bush... but.. hey ho, if the cap fits...

Unlike the MAJORITY of general public, I KNOW that George W Bush, and his side kick Tony Bliar(sic) are mere puppets, there too do as the hidden mandarins behind the scenes order. Nothing more !

Whether they were chose for thier reading skills I couldn't possibly say... I have noticed though, that when either of them go "off script"...WOOOHOOO !

The US troops were replaced by Canadian troops. If the Brits get overwhelmed, they know they can always call on the Canucks or any other ally there, including the undertrained Afghani army. Canada isn't planning on leaving any time soon, since they are also there to help provide aid to the civilians during reconstruction. i think its a good thing that the Americans are pulling out, since the countries with forces there now are known to be better at keeping the peace, and helping the citizens than the Americans.

The plan is this: Channel 4 and the BBC hates George W Bush and the war in Iraq. So any possible spin they can put on any story that will damage Geoge Bush and/or his middle-east policies will be done.
Withdrawing 77% if this is true and is accurate (probably not, but an exaggeration) is what happens in an Alliance. When one ally is tired or needs to shift resources then the other Ally pics up the slack. If the British troops request to be transfered or reinforced then some other ally may step in. If things spin out of control then the US will return sonner rather than later guns blazing. But last I heard Nato still controls Afghanistan.
But we are try to damage George W. so why let facts get in the way of a good story?
