1) Find the source of your stress, and eliminate it.
2) Find the source of your anger, and eliminate it.
3) eat well, drink fresh-squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, and get plenty of sleep. Nap if necessary.
4) Take time for yourself. Walk in the woods...alone. Count the clouds. Listen to...nothing. Let your mind wander.
5) No bath? take a long, hot shower, then. Followed by a cup of hot chocolate and a good movie or book.

OK first of all have a blood test done, often if your body is ill you will end up being lethargic and sleeping a lot.
As soon as u get that over with and the results are fine start thinking of me. Always keep me in your thoughts, for trust me I have a much more screwed up life, depression, a war I've lived through, no job, bleak prospects of being able to ever do a job I want...and so on and so forth.
So 1. med blood check
2. me in your thoughts
3. get some sunshine (even if it's in a solarium) cause that's what I'm planning to do during the coming week.
4. u could go and ice skate (cause when I did it I really felt lovely, and I laughed a lot).
5. think of less fortunate people than you (not me in this instance - but the poor and the hungry children in the war parts of the world).
AND THEN U WILL FEEL BETTER!

Take sometime for yourself. By this I mean do something that pleases you and only you. If you're tired all the time you should see I doctor. I was like this and I found out i had anemia. Don't hurt yourself, or drink or do drugs that will make it even worse. Talk to a good friend and tell them what's on your mind or you could always get professional help like a therapist. Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes we need a little bit of guidance. But start by taking a day off for yourself. Go to the beach, drink green tea or yerba mate, write down what's bugging you on notebook, go to a museum, take a long walk, clean your house etc etc. hope this helps.

If you're punch-a-wall angry, punch a pillow or something. Scream at the top of your lungs - that's a great way to help with stress. *Note - either scream into a pillow or tell anyone within range what you're doing, so they don't call the cops!

I'm not a big meditator myself - I believe in it, but I don't like it very much. I recently purchased a Giam Qigong for Stress Relief DVD and I love it. HUGE difference.

Good luck.

You definitely need to see a mental health specialist of some type; maybe the counseling center or psychologist at your school can help; second, you sound like you have anger issues... so, see if your specialist can refer you to anger management classes.

A good way to release stress, etc.. is by engaing in cardio-related exercises. Join a gym and sign up for aerobics; or go for long (half hour to one) sessions on a treadmill; you'll feel much better.

Id see a psychologist if i were you, because it seems like it might be a mild depression. Its great your trying to get help, if you dont it will just get worse. I suffer from anxiety disorder, for me I worry about things and im allways a little bit nervous. I saw a doctor for it because the meds i take for it wasnt working that great. He taught me a bunch of kool things to do when you start feeling nervous like deep breathing things, they really help. So I would recommend seeing someone in the mental health area, like a psychologist.

Exercise! It's a good way to clear your head. Go for a brisk walk. Also try massage therapy to help you relax. Best wishes!
