HEY! Not all felons are TRUE criminals and dangerous in possesion of guns. It's just that the US's insane and RACIST drug policies have made felons out of countless otherwise law-abiding citizens.
``God bless America?" Yeah, RIGHT. Does ANYONE actually believe that the Almighty would bless an evil and UNHOLY union of quasi-totalitatian POLICE STATES?

It doesnt even matter in some states......you can be charged as a felon in possession of a deadly weapon in some states...as far a Maine is concerned thats about as far from me as you can get so if your a convicted felon and wanna carry a dangerous weapon go ahead....but you could go back to prison for it and I dont think you want to do that.

I am just guessing but.... if you can fire the weapon it is a weapon. If it has been somehow made unusable that would be the only way I would not consider it a gun.
But if your a felon and you do not mind going to prision I do not live in maine so I do not care. One less felon on the streets.

Most laws see this as an antique firearm and so do not put restrictions other than being above 18 to buy one.
