If you're talking about the actual originals, that is to say the very first edition of Exodus or Luke or Jude, they don't exist. The earliest copies of these books come from many different times and none are necessarily available online. If you're looking for a more-or-less accurately translated bible online, try http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/. It's the KJV. The New American Standard is also fairly accurate. Keep in mind this accuracy is not how closely these translations follow the originals, but rather how closely they follow very early copies, none of which date within a couple of centuries of when a book was supposedly written.

If you are looking to find them in the original Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic. You may have a hard time finding them on-line. But English translations are readily available.
If I find them I'll let you know.

Royal racer is correct. You will also not find many other ancient manuscripts on line. Only translations and in some cases (if you are lucky) pictures.
