It sounds as if after giving him his bath, he is not getting dried thoroghly. Make sure dry in-between his toes, fingers and behind his ears. I had that problem with my daughter's ears. I used Aquaphore ointment behind her ears and it cleared up in just a couple of days. Aquaphore is also great for diaper rash and chaffing!

Hope this helps! ;)

My daughter is 4 and gets this every now and then. I took her to the doctor, he gave her a special ointment to use because he said adult ointments may be to abrasive. And he told me to let her run around the house barefoot, and try not to keep socks and shoes on for too long. He also said when it went away, to make sure to use sensitive lotion on there, so it hopefully won't come back.

It sounds like athletes foot. If thats the case you can get an antifungal cream for it, but i would take him to the doctors to make sure first.

my son had this problem!

what they said is make sure he wears a different pair of shoes each day, wash the shoes often, put socks on him at night (this happened over the summer) with lots of lotion.
