Physical attraction and possessiveness from her.
People who like each other often tend to mirror each other's behaviors and feelings.
A woman who behaves in a possessive way towards her man encourages him to behave the same way towards her. And when both become possessive of each other, then they become married in their hearts. And then marriage ceremony becomes just a formality to get over with and done.
Perhaps in an arranged marriage where relatives of the groom choose the bride, the things you have listed are all important considerations.
But in love marriages, it's the quality and the quantity of love between the man and the woman that decides whether they get married or not.

I would marry a woman that shows shes a helper type.
When things go bad, and she is still there, supportive, 110%.
Besides that, us men are simple, marry a woman cause she is the only one we can get along with.
Like I always say, Adam, and Eve could be the two most ugliest humans on the face of the planet God ever made, but they where the only two. We are all in a big bottled up world, your going to marry somebody.
