Why is it that when I'm at the gym, after I'm done using the bike the guy that works there runs over and sniffs the seat?
Should I complain about this individual or just let him get off on my scent?
I'm very serious!! This happens!!

No, I don't get off on this!
Yes, I wipe the seat down. In my gym you have to get up and walk over to the spray bottles....he's doing it by the time I get back!
He only does it to certain women.

You obviously sound worried about this, so best thing to do is make a complaint. While, this is kind of funny and weird, it is also a very unprofessional and stupid thing to do. Talk to the manager or owner of the gym and make sure they do something about it.

Complain to the manager, You should be allowed to enjoy a work out free of harassment of any kind, the fact that it's making you uncomfortable would make it harassment .

EEEWWWW....that ought to make you feel grossed out. Bring a wet rag and wipe the seat down when you are done. This way, he can't "smell" you and he will know that you know he is a sick man.

Totally tell the management! He's perverted and he needs to be fired! he could be a potential threat. Because he works there, he has keys to every room in the place, including the locker rooms and bathrooms! DON'T LET THIS GO UNMENTIONED!!!!!!!!!!
