* A large majority (84 percent) of child-support providers were men.
* About 6-in-10 child-support payers supported one child, about 3-in-10 made financial payments for two children and 1-in-10 supported three or more children.
* About two-thirds (67 percent) of child-support providers were non-Hispanic whites, about 16 percent were blacks, 2 percent were Asians and Pacific islanders and another 2 percent were American Indians and Alaska natives. About 14 percent were Hispanics (of any race).
* About half of people who provided child support were under 40 years old.

The law rarley gives the custody to the father of the child. They think that mothers are better, which is totally pointless in my case but percent of the men i would say like 15% more or less.

its usuually 10-30%. The main reason men get custody is because 1.the wife has problems (drug addictions, disablillitys, etc) 2. the mother isnt able to support the children 3. the mother doesnt WANT custody (not usual)

don't know the numbers, but the percentage of men who get custody is definately rising.

probably like a 3rd most of the time the mother will get the kids if shes not in jail witch really sucks b/c they should probably go with dad haslf the time
