This is a very open, honest question! I have some great answers for you. First of all, nutrition is key. Water does wonders, and coffee will get you keyed up (I did the alliteration to make it easier for you to remember). Alcohol also affects stress and makes it harder to manage. So, address your nutrition.
Also, counseling can be very helpful, especially cognitive therapy. It helps you slow down your reactions and choose your responses. Finally, counting to 10 is my best emergency stress-buster. It really does help. When something is making you want to explode, count to 10 and consciously lower your stress with each number.

There are lots of ways to deal with stress. The most basic is a good diet and frequent exercise. On top of that, get organized so you don't feel overwhelmed! Don't put things off. Get them done as soon as you can so they don't loom over your head for days causing more stress. Don't sit and worry about things that might happen! Do the best you can with what you have and don't sweat about things that haven't happened. Who can add one minute to their life by worrying?
"Be anxious for nothing, but in all things, with prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to your Heavenly Father AND THE PEACE OF GOD WHICH PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING WILL GUARD YOUR HEART AND MIND" Jesus

Your stress is the result of resisting the experience.
You assume if you feel bad things, they will hurt you, but if you allow the feeling, it will pass right through you....
