Evolution is not in the bible. Adam and Eve were not pre-monkeys. Humans according to the bible were made from dirt. Are they talking about the evolution of Adam and Eve's offspring into multicultural identities or what? In religious evolution theories, did dinosaurs exists? Are only humans evolving or do animals evolve too(Im asking that because religions are human-centric)? Is the Big-Bang theory still used? Did God create us humans first or was it micro-organisms that evolved into animals and than to us? How could people merge evolution with religion. Why do religious people start believing in the evolution theory? Is it because of the adaptation? Im asking this because of a question posted earlier about evolution/religion.

Cars aren't in the Bible either. Neither is Rocketry, or electricity. I guess those are false too.

It is possible for more than one thing to be happening at once. God could be in the process of creating man ,and apes could be evolving into man all at the same time. Get it????
For example, If you made a man out of clay, you might start out with a basic shape, and then still continue to shape and form the figure until he is the exact way you would like him to look. However he is STILL made of clay.
Other animals evolve too, not just man, but just because scientists can prove animals have evolved doesn't still mean that God didn't make that all happen.
Why is the big bang theory false, just because the bible doesn't mention it? I think the "Big Bang" happened at the exact moment when God said "let there be light"
I don't understand why some Christians think science disproves the bible. It explains things that are we are able to see physically, but it doesn't mean that God didn't make those things happen.

My head is spinning, so many questions, I will try and get them all. I do not believe in evolution from monkeys, people change slightly, but we where never monkeys. As for dinosaurs, I believe they existed, God's days are NOT the same length as earth days, and creatures of land and sea where made BEFORE people, so they could have lived and died within one of God's days. As for the big bang theory, well, why could not have God made the earth's structure/foundation that way?you know, gather what he needs and, well "bang" Besides makes since, the to atheist, where did it all come from to CAUSE the big bang? I mean, you can't have something from nothing, so how is that there?I do not believe in evolution, my church does not believe in evolution

Evolution it is a THEORY not a proven fact. In fact the fact is we have not see anything evolve ever. we have seen similar things, but never a changing life form. (except for metamorphic animals in growth)

That is also the reason why you won't find it in the bible. The world that you are a part of was created.

You seem to begin with the assumption that the Bible is the unquestionable authority.

There is nothing to suggest that the Bible is anything other than a book of collected myths.

What is it about the Bible that makes you think it's got any real value as a source of information about science?

It mostly boils down to the belief that a day to God is probably a lot longer than our 24-hour day.

I guess the Bible must be wrong then! I mean it, there's more evidence of evolution than there is evidence of the Bible being true.

Very simple answer to that.

The Bible is a book of mythology.
