Mash or Blend together, 2-3 cloves of garlic, some flat-leaf Italian Parsley, some lemon rind together.. whip in some butter and mix together.. then put this on Salmon and bake in oven with a little white wine in the pan.. Delicious .. Enjoy

I love to put black olives into a food processer add a pich of salt and pepper and a table spoon of extra virgen olive oil. then turn it into a paste. pile the mix on the surface of the fish add a few slices of more olives.
Place the fish on a tin foil tray were you have piled a small mound of sea salt set the skin side on the salt and bake 15 min at 350. It has a great flavor, only if you like black olives. Green work also.

Easy and delicious:

1 lemon cut into wheels (2 wheels per ssalmon filet)
1 Bunch of dill ( sprinkled over the salmon, don't be shy.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Bake in oven to a mediun rare temperature.

Marinate with a shot of Jack Danial's a tsp. brown sugar and tsp. Worcester, bake then sprinkle with a little grated pecorino cheese.

I bought a marinade at Whole Foods which is so good. . It's a Thai Ginger marinade. . .It has like a sweet flavor with ginger. Maybe try that. . .It's also always good just plain with some lemon and dill!

But if your in a hurry, Italian dressing works just fine.

I say rosemary (fresh), and some lemon slices - salt and pepper - teriaki salmon is good too!
