Please help!!!! The school needs ideas of things they can do to help. Something kids can do.

Get the kids genuinely aware that in a couple of decades, their future is gonna be an oven. Have them be educated in simpler terms about what global warming is, and what can be done to curb the severe effects of it. After education, have them help fight back with what goes around in their house - use less air conditioning and heaters for example.

The best thing is teach the kids about how much harm landfills do and how they can be replaced if good engineering was used to make use of the stuff being dumped. Landfills are the number one cause of polution. Anything being put in landfills can be made into useful raw material by applying good engineering.

Turn off the air-conditioning and open all the windows. Do you have any idea how much heat, and hot air, an air-conditioner generates ?
