Its free anyway from the Adobe site, you should avoid other sources as they may contain spyware.
I prefer Foxit; its only 2 mb compared to Adobes 20 mb. So its quicker to download and startup plus it takes fewer resources to start and run.

It's free, but it's also bloated and slow. I prefer the Foxit pdf reader. It's tiny, free, and lightning fast.
