Eat right and exercise. Sit ups are the best and walking is always great because that is something you can do with your baby too.

Pilates! I have been doing it for a month and it is amazing. If you eat right and do pilates 4 times a week you will see amazing results. My body is actually starting to look more defined then before my kids.

I have two children and I do the weight watchers program, It helps me lose weight and every morning I work out with Denise Austin shes on lifetime. she does shows every morning that last 30 mintues. Its easy work outs that produce great results.

get a pilates dvd and do it every day if u can. Its not strenuous at all it really produces results! Also running! It will make you feel soooo good.
