if you speak can you write in the english alphabet how to say "strength" and "stamina" thanks :-)

Strength : Dinami (with the tone on the first "i")
Stamina : Sfrigos (with the tone on the "i")

I add that "Σφρίγος" mentioned by other answerers is something more like dash, energy and "Vividness", having the life force inside you or something. It is pronounced as "sfrigos", with the g as soft as in yes (without the short ee sound between y and e).

more like deenamee(strenght) and sfreegos(stamina) and the g in sfreegos is more like french people pronounce the r...
