if she dosent notice u maybe she dosent find u attractive, but that is no reason to quit. You got to start talking to her, or maybe make jokes to the class so she'll laugh.

Stop noticing her. Ignore her completely;she doesn't exist. Then one day out of the blue be very friendly with her for a while. Talk to her in that charming, sarcastic, casual way you have, then switch back to ignoring her. Repeat the treatment a few times, she'll start thinking about you. And once that happens, she's basically yours!
Of course, this method takes time and patience. If you have neither, find another way. Above all, DON'T TRY TOO HARD! If you do, it will show, and the game is over.

no, seriuosly just make conversation to her, say hi to her in class or smile at her when shes looking ur way. if your bold enough (sounds to me like your kinda shy around her though) just go up to her an ask her about what you guys are learning in class or if she wanted to do something with you..

Say hi, introduce yourself, talk to her more during class, kinda open up and let her see how friendly and fun you are and she'll probably open up too.

Being yourself. Go talk to her, help her out if she needs help. Don't be mean, rude, or force her. Show your funny side and your caring side. Basically, JUST BE YOURSELF. If she doesn't like you, then you both just weren't meant to be.
