Chocolate covered strawberries only stay fresh for about a week, because after that, the strawberries start to go bad. Don't freeze the strawberries because they don't defrost very well and they tend to lose their flavor.

honestly not. they received't very last till eventually monday. The strawberries will "leak" contained in the chocolate shells. trust me- it is surpassed off to me many circumstances. they are purely solid the same day they are made or perchance the evening earlier.

I would say maybe 2-3 days if they are wrapped in plastic film and kept in the fridge..
