It works for me. I'm not a fanatic and I think the foods I'm choosing are much more nutrious now. I eat out fairly often and just choose the best choices amongst the menu.

Substitute green beans for corn or broccoli for french fries. Cutting back on bread is the hardest for me. Brown rice is a live saver.
