Please understand that a person in or from Los Angeles is an Angeleno, not Angelino...it pisses us off when we are called that. Who are some people? That great pool of the ephemeral "they" that knows all is a joke. "They" may have met a few snobs and tagged all the rest as snobs. Angelenos are so diverse, considering that Los Angeles is one of the oldest cities in western America-- Gringos, Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Black, Japanese, etc-- a whole world of people, a few, not all are snobs. Nuff' said.

I know that a lot of people can't stand the entire state of California, but the only bad thing I've heard about L.A. is that the people are fake and plastic... Oh, and that it's full of homeless people and smog... And illegal immigrants, traffic, icky beaches... Don't forget gangs, drugs, and crime..Hey, that guy is right- there isn't anything to be snobby about!

I think some people confuse snobbery with constant aggravation at the traffic.

True, many people in "The Industry" were not short-changed in the arrogant department. But most of peopel here are just average working joe's, just like you and me.
