First of all Sam Kinison is NOT in heaven, he was one of the most lost people in the world. He was blasphemist towards God & died justly in a fiery crash.

As merciful as God is, he cannot have anyone in his presence who is ceremonially impure. The only way for modern people to be in the presence of the living God is if they have accepted that Jesus of Nazareth died in their place for their sins. If they have accepted that that sacrifice was made for them personally, then they have accepted Him as their personal saviour. Only such a person can have audience with God without being utterly destroyed. I hope for their sakes that they died with the blood of Messiah having paid their sin debt.
