Huh? I read this a couple of times. What's the question? Do you mean, can you be traced on the internet going to sites you shouldn't? Absolutely.

No but the Police can and you have absolutely no chance of removing the evidence of where you have been so if the sites contain illegal material do not visit and if you stumble across one accidentally then cover your back and inform the Police. .

You mean block Adult sites - loads NetNanny etc google for parental filters / controls and your ISP may be able to help
