so they know i might be interested?
male friends say i send out the wrong signals and thats why i dont get asked out on dates.
i dont want a one night stand.

your mate is right...if you stand there flirting around its little wonder anyone even notices you for other than what you are, a flirt.
Do you honestly think, that any guy seeing you throw yourself around, will want a girl that is known by all men to be a flirt.?
Men can be insecure creatures too....so for them to date a girl whos a known flirt, well, it just wont happen.
Tone it down and go straight to it. Ask him in private. Make him feel special too

All men (except men with money for they can buy beauty) are self conscious and have hard times since we never know what a woman really thinks of us, all have is our assumption at the exact time and usually those aren't great.
I feel aslong as you guide the man and show him a calm but humerous conversation...he will feel more relaxed which causes him to be more interested in you and what's going on within and out of the conversation.
Eye contact is a great way to flirt silently and if their is a group of you; show him the more attention then the others and his assumptions and gut will make him feel you are attracted to him.

F- is for flatter. The fastest way to a persons heart is by complimenting them. Find something you really like about that person, there hair, the way they act ect. and compliment them on it. make sure you find multiple things you like and compliment away. don't use stupid compliments like oh your eyes are pretty when there really not. make it sincere.
L- is for listen. People love when you listen to them, it shows that you are really interested in that person and really care what they are talking about. Besides the biggest aphrodisiac is listning.
I- is for interests. Find things you have in commen with that person, don't find to many it will just freak them out and make it like your stalking them just find a couple of things in commen. like what kinds of music you like, movies, ect.
R- is for responible. Don't lie, don't send mixed messages, be straight up. Guys don't know what girls like so don't try and confuse them more than what they already lie. Don't choose inapropriate flirting partners such as your friends boyfriend/girlfriend. Don't make it where flirting will hurt anyone.
T- is for trusting yourself. Trust yourself, be confident, bold, and daring. Trust yourself that you will come out knowing that even if you didn't get the guy/girl that you wanted you can always be nice and friendly to that person.
S- is for smile. BODY LANGUAGE,BODY LANGUAGE,AND BODY LANGUAGE, can i stress it anymore? Smile, it will show the person that you are friendly and nice. If you smile, you might get one back =D.

men are always being related to arogance, users and pigs. but most men are just normal and are just as sensitive as some women. if a woman wanted to talk to me, then they should just get it off their chest and say what they want to say. and then i would expect an exchange of numbers and then a date which is where we would find out about each other.
yes, we do think about the bad thing but im sure you ladies like to think about it as well. and after the second date i would open the conversation about sex. and then we would go on from there.

Make eye contact with him and ask about his interests and comment about yours. Upon closure, indicate you look forward to being with/ seeing him again. Don't dress "revealingly," or you'll communicate you are only interested in sex. Indicate you want a relationship by what I advised. Most guys - and girls - like someone to smile, sincerely listen to what they have to say, and have self confidence. Put yourself in a circle where you share interests with others, and you'll probably meet someone interested in asking you out. Say something with a double meaing and smle politely.
For example:
If he is going to the coffee machine and asks you what you want. ask him what he has to offer and smile. Then move away.
Keep this up for a few days and he will get the message.

don't flirt to much,, flirts only get one night stands,, just be yourself and maybe a bit mysterious but don't act like your a cheap flirt
