I'm currently taking One A Day Weight Smart vitamins. I seen on the news that there are many vitamins and weight control pills that are not F.D.A approved. On the new One A Day Weight Smart was mentioned. I want to find a new vitamin. Thanks for your help!

I would go to a health food store & talk to someone in the vitamin dept. They're a good resource. Don't just change you vitamin regime by what you see on T.V.
FYI: Try to get organic vitamins when you can.

FDA approval doesn't mean much to me any more. Do research on vitamins and herbal supplements and draw your own conclusions. Remember, vitamins overall are not very dangerous, much less so than other FDA approved drugs (Vioxx as a recent example). Why let the FDA make health decisions for you? Most people are fully capable of making informed decisions about their health.
