Yes, I believe in God--the God of Abraham, and of the Jews, and most Christians and Muslims.
Why? Because it makes sense. Even today, belief in our God is held in common by more than half of the world, and still brings us together.
He is the reason I can discuss religion with a Sunni Muslim, and he and I both can learn without any disputes. The same applies to my religious discussions (however limited) with Jews, other Christians, and other Sunni and Shi'a Muslims.

It depends on which God we are talking about.
If you are asking if I believe in the judgmental, punishing made up God, then the answer is no.
If you are talking about the unconditionally loving God that would never allow a place like hell to exist, then the answer is yes.
