Should we take any medication while on the Daniel FAst, as far as for headaches?

You are probably having withdrawal from something, maybe caffeine or sugar. It will pass in a few days but if the headaches are horrible, I would take something for them.

The concept of a Daniel fast comes from Daniel 1:8-14, “But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way. any way all medication are not good to our body, we should simply eat heatlh. here's some inf it may help you out for good or not

My church is doing the fast as we speak. When you first start the daniel fast, you are going to experience headaches, nausea, vomitting, etc. because you body is not that caffenie and things. Yes, we can take advil, tyenol, aleve while you are on the daniel fast.
