These might sound weird but I'm being as honest as possible:
Collar bone and neck area
Big hands when the veins are prominent
Forearms
The bit just below the belly button
Being a little shy and self-effacing but not insecure
Being passionate about something
Big blue eyes are good!

First of their personality...then their eyes and their smile. I mean if a guy is really good looking and he's personality is dull or boring then i don't find that atractive at all. Being good looking as a plus but having the personality of gold is even better

His eyes. Everyone's eyes are different and usually are saying something. You can usually tell how good a person is, or how a person acts by the look in their eyes.
If he's got muscles, or a 6-pack, that's sexy too :P

The pelvis bones! Especially when they are really defined- like a male barbie doll- or Usher. I also (total opposite from the defined pelvic bone) love a belly pouch! Its just too sexy!

broad shoulders, his hands need to be a little rough (I like hard working men) oh and on the side of him around the hip area, when he's cut and the shape of the abdomen muscle kinda points to uh....... ya you know ......him!hahaha
