In most places, it is the law that you have to be 18 to be pierced (or tattooed) without a parent's signature.
I know of a lot of places who won't do either if you are under 18, even WITH a parent along.
However, some places will do it if you are 16 or 17 and have a legal guardian there with you.
I'm not sure how old you are, exactly, but I can tell you this much:
If you are under 18, and you get your belly button pierced, your body is most likely not finished growing. And as your body grows, your piercing will most likely migrate, or "grow out" as your body grows, and you will probably end up having to remove your piercing.
So then, no matter what you paid for it, it would be a waste of money.
I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to educate you about the reasons for these rules being there.

If you're from the UK it'll be about £10, I'm thirteen and I had mine done in september :) when I change it, it still oozes puss a tiny bit and gets a bit sticky but if you just leave it, it will be fine because mine is :) Clean it by boiling hot water and putting salt in it then wait for it to cool down, then clean it with a cotton bud. If it does get badly infected it will scar badly for a few years but that's only if you are allergic to the metal or don't clean it. It gets caught sometimes and it hurts for about 30 seconds then it's fine, and it is normal to get infected, it happens to everyone. Dangly/ heavy belly bars weight it down and could even pull through, but that's highly unlikely. Make sure to get surgical steel bars or stainless steel. It's the best piercing I ever have, and it was my very first. To be honest my normal ear lobes hurt more and I'm such a ***** with pain. The clamp didn't hurt or the needle, I couldn't feel neither, but when the piercer put the jewellery through it hurt slightly then. It's such a good piercing to have and is good to show off! :)

when i got mine pierced i paid 30 for the piercing and 90 for the replacement ring. then i started selling jewelry and realized how much stores like that are marking things up. my biggest advice would be to just buy the cheapest thing they will let you use to pierce it, then toss it and get something you like after the initial period. i haven't worn the $90 belly ring in over 5 years but i wear $3 ones all the time. i'm not sure if places differentiate between "sign for you" and "accompany you" i sometimes do booths at street fairs and i have seen girls who could not have been more than 12 buy belly rings from me so as long as you can prove the parent approves you shouldn't have a problem.

Generally, if you are under 18 you will need a parent present at the time of the piercing in order to sign for your permission. The minimum age is determined by state and shop regulations.
As far as cost, that will vary based on the shop and piercer and the type of jewelry used (i.e. plain surgical stainless steel barbells are cheaper than titanium). On average expect to pay $35-$65 and be sure to tip your piercer.
Make sure they explain to you all the aftercare you will have to follow and NEVER be afraid to call or visit them if you have questions or concerns.

You have to be 14 with a parent signiture and of course when your 18 you can get it done on your own. Mine was done at Dreamtime Tattoo by a guy that was ranked 3rd in the nation do i didnt get it done at some cheap tattoo parlor and mine was $15.00 including jewlery. I did get a discount cause they were running a special since i got mine done right after christmas. Otherwise there normal price is $30.00!!!

Between 20 and 40 dollars. Really shouldn't be more than that. Belly piercings are the most touchy by means of healing too. Keep clothing away from it, do not touch it unless your hands are clean, and only clean it twice a day, very gently.

you have to be 16 with parents permissoin. meaning they have to go with you and sign for papers. most reputable places wont even touch you if you are under 16.. but your parent(s) have to be with you and know what your gettign done either way. mine cot me 65 dollars...
other places may make you wait till you are 18...
dont know how old you are but the reason why most places wont touch you is caus you arent finished growign and you will have a higher risk or migratoin or rejection... compard to someone who is over 18/.

Mine was $60 (in Australia) and that included the jewellery. I think you have to be 16, but I'm not sure. A word of advice, even if they offer to put a barbell in, go for the ring to start with. Its easier to clean.
