Hinduism which is basically Universal Humanism. All their prayers or 'mantra' are directed for the whole mankind. The gist of Hinduism is monism which had influenced Moses, and later Jesus and Muhammad. But the present fight among the Christians and the Muslims is for the brand mark on the sold item. Whether He should be Allah or some other name. Whether the myth made by followers of Jesus that he was born of a virgin and Jesus was the only Son of God be accepted as true has been the bone of contention.
Hinduism by allowing so many names for the same God has shown how liberal it could be that has produced God - like souls as Mahavira, Buddha, Shankaracharya, Nanak, Chaitanya, Ramakrishna, Sirdi Saibaba etc. etc. So by all arguments it is the future global faith.

Hello. but which religion? and future?. Are you asking:-
1. Will any religion exist in future ,if so what is that religion?
2. Will all the current religions shall exist in future in their current form?
3. Will some new religions will come up in future?
As far the current major religions Christianity, Islam and Hinduism, they speak about the future, in terms of Comeback of Christ, Kayamat and Kalki incarnation, respectively to wait for.

Christianity and Worship of the antichrist will eventually be the only two religions left in the world. All people will accept one or the other. Those who accept Christianity will be killed by the antichrist and those who accept the mark of the beast will be destroyed in the end by God.

Hisorically, when science has explained something that was previously attributed to a divine creator, that explanation has come to be accepted and the divine creator was relegated to explaining the rest of the things that were not yet explained. As science progresses, more explanations will be accepted, and religious faith will decrease further. It is my hope that one day, religion itself will become extinct.

I'm afraid more and more will sink into the darkness of this world. Guard your minds against those who seek to turn you away from what you believe.
