My sister is three and she loves bread and hummus dip. I'm sure most three year olds aren't going to like hummus dip.

3 yr olds love kraft dinner and you cant leave out the ketchup. They like grilled cheeses sandwiches ofcorse with ketchup. They like chicken any kind of soup they especially like chicken noodle soup. They love pasta but its a real mess when they r done but if a toddler will eat it who cares how messy it is.

My 2 & 4 yr old eat whatever we eat. So i would say whatever you eat. Besides that they will tell you what they don't like.

My oldest loves veggies! Tomatoes & Broccoli are her fav. My youngest hates veggies. Each kid is different just dont go out of your way to make special meals for them. Give them what u are eating they will learn to eat & try new things.

My 3 year old eats what I eat. But his favorites are french toast sticks, crackers, pizza, chicken.

At three, they shouldn't be getting any special meals. They should have what you're having. That should make you think twice about what you're eating as well.
