Think of the stress and what causes it...how it can be avoided and the pro's and con's of avoiding it and then figure out what's the best way to go about it.

stress is a daily thing for everybody but it can be avoided but avoiding that level of stress may bring a different level of stress because stress simply can come from the littlest things and experiencing new things bring new things upon you (ex: stress).

(ex) With the answer about smoking cigs....you can pick up smoking cigs to relieve the stress but then when you want to smoke a cig and can't, that will cause stress since you can't do what you want.
