If it's in your will, there's not much she can do, but check with a funeral home to see if you can donate your body. I asked a mortician and he said it wasn't that easy to donate your remains. evidently, they are very picky as to whom they accept. I was surprised.

i don't think so. its ur decision and if its in your will and its signed then it is a legal document.
