I have been thinking about doing this everyday, but I want to make sure that it will be effective. This is not a joke. I really want to know. I've tried talking to people about it, friends, family, I have called those suicide hotlines, and lifelines.

No and you'll be uncomfortable and in pain for days. Plus, if it's bad enough that you get sent to the emergency room, they'll pump your stomach and give you this very foul smelling and tasting medicine. You don't want that to happen.
Have you seen a psychiatrist about this. Maybe medication is the answer for you.
I shoudl tell you that a lot of people who attempted suicide really regret it. Especially when they were dying.

No. It'll probably give you a bad headache (oh, the irony) and stuff, but I suggest informing you family on your plans and see what they say. If they're no help, go too a hospital or a psych ward. I think we've all had our times, but you should grip life by the horns and take it where you want it.

The tylenol will cause liver and kidney damage but there is probably not enough of the sleep ingredient in them to kill yourself. Please call another suicide hotline or hospital, anyone.

You may not think so right now but there is absolutely no reason in the world to try to kill yourself. Take it from somebody who has been there and have seen the hand of God intervene. I never lost my faith. Of course, professional help is needed here.
Also, talking to someone who has had alot of life's experiences. Sometimes empathy is very helpful. Sometimes nothing compares to real life "been there, done that" help from someone aside from textbook stereotypes. E-mail me if you like I'd be more than glad to help.

most likely not. and if you live you may loose your hearing from the overdose. someone will probally find you in time and have your stomach pumped- and there is a considerably lengthy time frame with tylenol ODs

if you really wanted to kill youreself you would do it a more efficient way. the fact that you came here shows that you want attention and that you are just trying to make people sorry for you. The choice of pills shows you don't entirely want to kill yourself.
