My solitary indulgence of choice, splash few drops of worcestershire sauce (lea & perrins) on the rice and top with smokey sliced roast beef (or fried chicken) on the bed of rice, sprinkle with some spring onions and just slump in front of tv with a spoon. Add chopped red chillies if you want heat. Some like it hot, but i like it very hot. One of my ultimate midnight feast.

No recipe needed, put some oil in a pan, saute couple of chopped garlics, some slice onions until you get some fragrant, put the cooked rice in, stir, season with salt and black peeper, break a couple eggs in, stir until the eggs are cooked. Enjoy.

Okay... this is one that my mom used to make all the time when we were little.

You have the leftover cooked rice, and just put it in a bowl. Add some sugar and cinnamon to it, and then pour milk on it.

fry an egg like you normally would. when it's done, put some rice in the pan with the egg and add 1 T of soysauce, 1 t of sesame seeds, and 1 t of sesame oil. You don't have to add the sesame seeds or sesame oil. But if yo don't have sesame oil use a little bit of butter.
