If you dont want anything too drastic start off with highlights.. With blond brown and a dark blond. It will lighten it up without being too drastic.

I think you should keep your hair the same color but go with hot pink ends. It will be a change but you will love it. I have it too and i am going out with a really hot guy. Much love your sister.

I went from Black to Dark brown - it looked good - and different - I have also tried Burgundy !!! Try Loreal - they r good !
