That sounds great! Keep it up! One of the ways that water helps you lose weight is by filling up your stomach and making you feel full. You eat and snack less when you feel full. It also helps flush out your system. Soda and juice have a lot of sugar in them, so it's great that you're reducing them too.

Eating better is good, but if you want to lose weight, then you need to watch how much you're eating. To lose weight you need to take in less than you're using up every day. If you're still eating huge meals (even though it's all good stuff) then you won't lose weight.

If you're just eating better to be healthier, then you should start feeling better within a couple of weeks. Your body needs to get rid of any toxins and balance out the new intake of fluids and food compared with what it's used to getting.

Good luck, you're doing the right thing for your health!

You should see results soon, even if it's just feeling healthier. Water retention is often caused by too much salt and dehydration and this can cause a bloated feeling. You are definitely doing the right thing. Look out for hidden salt in all the foods you eat, even bread can be high in salt. If you haven't lost weight despite what you are doing it means that your body has the right balance of water. Your health will definitely benefit from all you are doing.

By drinking water which has no calories or fat...you feel "full" and you curb your cravings to eat. Water CAN help you lose weight if you drink water instead of soda, snacks, or even whole meals...do not skip meals, but if you normally eat "mini-meals" all day long, drink water instead. It will help you feel full and you will eat less, helping you to lose weight.

My husband lost a lot of weight by drinking lots of water (getting rid of soda and juices) and using information he got from his friend Scott. Visit Scotts website for more information on loosing weight http://www.thefitbastard.com/?noexcuses=1325
Scott, aka "The Fit Bastard" has helped thousands of people lose weight the safe way! He is a friend of the family and he helped my husband lose weight....no crash dieting, etc...

Good Luck!

Dawg dropping weight is straightforward as burning better energy than you're taking in. I performed football and lost soo a lot weight in 2 months yet that changed into demanding. We ran miles and it changed into each day. I quickly because it changed into over I received weight. proceed your plan and also you may see outcomes quickly. yet make the life-style replace. stick with it. Or its worthless.
