I cook for 1, I bought a small crock pot this weekend. Besides the frozen crock pot premade crap, I need ideas?!

Try allrecipes.com. and look on the left side for slow cooker recipes. You can adjust the recipes to serve one. I love my crockpot. Saves me a lot of time and makes some great stuff.

Meatballs, bourbon dogs, soups, casseroles, etc. are all great for crock pots. Recipes can be found using google. You'd be surprised some of the things people put in their crock pot.

I LOOOOVE CROCKPOTS. I just gave someone else on here this same exact recipe because it's my absolute favorite. If you only cook for one, cut the recipe in half, you'll have plenty of yummy leftovers, and it's great with french or italian bread.

4 cans beef broth (or 2 large cans)
6-10 potatoes (depending on size)
4 tablespoonsteriyaki sauce teaspoon P
small jar of minced garlic (in veggie section of store)
2 lbs beef chuck (aka stewing meat)
1 stalk celery
1 bag mini carrots
1 onion
2 pkgs onion soup mix

Cut it all up (meat is pre-cut in pkg) and put in the pot on high for 6-8 hours. The longer it cooks, the more tender the meat is, so... the longer the better/thicker.

This entire recipe costs $34 for a family size portion of beef stew. Cut in half for you and it's only $17, plus you'll have plenty of leftovers.

I cook for two, but I find the smallest pork tenderloin and add two cans of french onion soup, and a packet of dry onion soup mix. The meat is cheap and when left in the crock pot for a couple of hours, it is so tender and good. You can serve it with rice! You can turn the leftovers into tacos, and sandwiches.

you can buy a small roast and put it in there with potatoes, carrots, onions add water turn on low and let cook all day will be ready when you get home. also you can make ribs in a crock pot, just dont put the bbq sauce on them till they are done. you can also make meat loaf in your crock pot just mix your ingredients together and put in the pot on low all day when you get home drain some of the grease and put your ketchup on top and let it get hot. hope this helps.
