I've always heard it "Tomorrow is another day", without the "just", which to me changes the meaning. "Tomorrow is another day" means that today is done, what happened happened...but you get a brand new chance tomorrow. It's a clean slate! It's an optimistic view.

"Tomorrow is just another day" is a little more depressing, as it to me says that more of the same is to come, and nothing special is to be expected...it's just another day in this long life of ours.

I've never heard that one, but I've heard "Tomorrow is another day." from Gone With the Wind. It basically means, if today's not working out so well for you, it's all right because you get another chance tomorrow.

''Tomorrow is just another day" means tomorrow will be the same as today and yesterday was. The next day will be as boring and hum drum as it always is. Nothing new will be going on.

That is true, because, if today is Tuesday tomorrow will be Wednesday.
I hope this is useful for you.
