no picking cannot casue cancer...however some moles are cancerous types....there are sites that show what they look like, but I would go to the doctor and have them check....and if they aren't have them get them off....it doesn't cost much @ all...

no way, someone was trying to keep you from picking at your moles. my brother told me i'd get cancer if i popped my zits. yeah, crazy.

Don't ever do that. Moles can be suspect and irritating them is just asking for trouble.
