What kind of youth group? If it's Christian you can have a bible read-athon. Like a walk-athon but people give money for reading through the bible.
Another thing you can do is slave for a day. People bid to have a youth come and clean their house or yard or some other chore that needs to be done.
Bake auction or basket auction. Make pies and such and sell them in an auction format. With the baket auction you make theme baskets and then auction them off. a.e. home sauna basket with bath salts and scented candle, golf basket with a bucket of balls card, some balls, a new glove and maybe a paid 18 hole game for the local range
Rocking chair-athon. Sit in rocking chairs in one room together and every hour give them a 5 min break. Each hour they get some money from their sponsors.
Car wash is always a great one as well. Hope these help.
